Datuk Faridah Hanim Haron or affectionately known as Ibu Hanim, is the President of Annems Leadership Solution and Annems International Sdn Bhd. A Certified Professional Facilitator TM and Organizational Development, Change Management Consultant.
More than 20 years’ experience in Learning and Organizational Development, with hands-on experience in leading and facilitation transformation and change projects. MBA in Entrepreneurial from Entrepreneurial Institute of Australia.

As the CEO of Annems Leadership Solution Sdn Bhd, Muhammad Hanif Azmi is responsible for running all facets of the company business including supporting the company’s sales and operations, end-to-end management of Annems supply chain, sales activities, and services.
Prior to Joining Annems and being named CEO in August 2017, Hanif was the General Manager to Explosive Mind Asia where he led in designing and implementation of all sales and marketing strategies.
